Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate with control rooms via radio, telephone and intercoms.
• Operate central security console to dispatch personnel to incidents.
• Receive and coordinate responses to calls for security services.
• Record shift activities and communicate to incoming shift; log events.
• Maintain CCTV and alarm protocols across campus; ensure proper notification policies.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
