Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is seeking a dynamic Campus Recruiter to lead efforts in attracting top entry-level sales talent from colleges and universities. This role partners closely with hiring managers and campus organizations to build a strong pipeline of future sales professionals for the business.

Responsibilities include building relationships, coordinating career fairs, sourcing and interviewing students, managing full-cycle recruiting, and tracking metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or recruiting/talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, Communications, or related).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel for recruiting events.
