Colorado Community College System – Lowry Campus security department seeks a full-time technician II to patrol campus, respond to calls, and enforce campus rules. The role requires physical fitness, reporting, coordination with law enforcement, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities include investigations, incident documentation, emergency response, crowd control, and equipment maintenance, with shift differentials and protective equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in security, campus safety or law enforcement.
• Ability to follow verbal directions and read written directives.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Patrol campus buildings and grounds on foot or by vehicle and respond to calls for service.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports and maintain logs for security activity.
• Enforce college rules, assist in crowd control, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Assist with emergency responses and ensure safety of faculty, staff and students.
