The Colorado Community College System, Lowry Campus, is seeking a full-time Security Technician II to help protect students, staff, and property. You will patrol campus buildings and facilities, respond to security calls, and enforce campus safety policies to maintain a secure environment.

The position requires two years of security-related experience, a valid Colorado driver’s license, and the ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED within 60 days of hire. Shift work and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in security, campus safety or law enforcement as the primary function of the job.
• College, university or non-correspondence business school coursework in Law Enforcement may substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis. Transcript may be required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and obtain First Aid/CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Patrol campus buildings and facilities on foot or by other means and provide security posts as assigned.
• Respond to calls for service and notify supervisors and management of breaches or security risks.
• Conduct investigations and write reports documenting incidents and maintain logs for Clery reporting.
