Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Georgia Peace Officer certification requirements must be met.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for the Savannah State community.
• Perform active patrol on campus.
• Monitor activity; investigate suspicious activity.
• Assist with investigations as needed.
• Provide emergency assistance.
• Write accurate and concise incident and accident reports.
• Testify in court as required.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with stakeholders.
