Job summary

Savannah Technical College is seeking a Campus Police Officer for the Liberty Campus. You will patrol campus areas, enforce laws and college policies, and protect students and staff. The role requires GA P.O.S.T. certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends and special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Georgia P.O.S.T. certification as a peace officer.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned campus areas and enforce laws and college policies.
• Investigate reported crimes, gather evidence, and prepare clear reports.
• Provide first aid/CPR and respond to emergencies as needed.
• May make arrests and coordinate with outside law enforcement.
