Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a Campus Safety Patrol Officer to ensure safety within the Hood College community. The role includes making patrols, responding to incidents, and engaging with students and staff to promote safety and awareness.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, and must have a high school diploma or GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Additional responsibilities include reporting incidents, providing medical transportation, and participating in community safety programs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• Campus security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols on foot and in vehicles.
• Investigate suspicious activities and file reports.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid.
• Promote campus safety and awareness.
