Lynn University is seeking a Campus Safety Supervisor to oversee assigned Campus Safety Officers and represent the university in daily safety operations. Maintain a professional, customer-service oriented approach while addressing student, faculty, staff, and guest concerns.

The role involves supervising shifts, supporting staff, enforcing policies, coordinating incident reports, and leading training and safety programs. It requires CPR/AED certification and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Highschool diploma or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; Florida eligibility.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Proficient with Word/Excel; CCTV familiarity.
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a designated shift within the campus safety department.
• Provide support to staff, patrol, and ensure campus safety.
• Respond to matters reported during shift and coordinate actions.
• Lead training for Campus Safety staff.
• Review incident reports and maintain records.
• Plan shifts, approve vacation, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Lead during emergencies until admin arrival.
• Engage in accreditation efforts and campus safety programming.
