• Receive emergency and non-emergency requests by telephone, radio, and in person.
• Monitor radio traffic across multiple frequencies and respond promptly.
• Dispatch police, fire, EMS, and other resources to incidents.
• Operate CAD and telephony systems to document actions and manage calls.
• Serve as information liaison between agencies and the public.
