SPS is seeking a dependable Route Driver/Courier to support on-site client operations in Santa Clara, California. The role emphasizes safe and timely delivery of mail and parcels while maintaining chain-of-custody standards and professional representation of SPS.

The Route Driver/Courier Floater provides courier services, backup coverage for office services, and ensures seamless service delivery across campus locations. Local travel is required and efficiency is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn required systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels along a predefined courier route.
• Perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries following maps and written instructions.
• Maintain logs and time stamps for items received and delivered.
• Support chain-of-custody requirements and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Provide front- or back-office support as needed to maintain service delivery.
• Validate packing slips for accuracy and assist with shipping/receiving procedures.
