Job summary

Levy is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for Auburn University to oversee day-to-day retail operations, coordinate staffing, manage inventory and merchandise flow, and support the leadership team in delivering consistent operations at campus venues.

You will drive event setup, monitor performance, and ensure POS and cash procedures are followed, while partnering with warehouse/e-commerce for product movement and maintaining high retail standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail operations or high-volume merchandising experience.
• Experience using point-of-sale and inventory-management systems.
• Experience with inventory counts, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing retail schedules and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily retail operations and event execution.
• Coordinates staffing and operational coverage.
• Monitors inventory and merchandise replenishment.
• Oversees store and event-location setup and breakdown.
