Levy is seeking a Director of Retail in Auburn, AL to lead strategy and execution of retail operations across the location, overseeing merchandising, inventory, financial performance, staffing, and event readiness. You will partner with university and Levy leadership to deliver brand standards and strong business results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of retail management, including multi-unit or high-volume operations, with expertise in budgets, forecasting, and retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, merchandising, hospitality, or a related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of retail management experience, including multi-unit or high-volume operations.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, forecasting, and retail financial reporting.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale, inventory-management, and Microsoft Office systems.
• Experience with merchandise planning and retail performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads retail strategy and operating standards across the location.
• Oversees merchandise planning, inventory, replenishment, and presentation.
• Manages retail budgets, forecasts, sales goals, labor, and cost controls.
• Partners with Auburn University stakeholders on brand and merchandise initiatives.
• Reviews sales trends and identifies opportunities to improve revenue.
• Directs staffing and event-readiness plans.
• Ensures retail locations meet Levy operational and service standards.
• Develops retail managers and establish performance expectations.
