Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee Auburn University retail operations. You will lead receiving, storage, distribution, inventory controls, equipment, and team deployment to ensure smooth product movement and accurate stock levels.

You’ll partner with retail leadership to align on stock levels and event needs, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain safety and quality standards across all warehouse activities in a dynamic campus environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, distribution, or supply-chain management experience.
• Experience with inventory-management and warehouse systems.
• Experience conducting physical inventories and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Applicable equipment certifications where required by the operation.

Responsibilities

• Leads warehouse receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and organization.
• Oversees physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinates product movement to retail locations.
• Manages warehouse staffing and daily assignments.
• Monitors equipment and maintenance needs.
• Maintains proper product storage and rotation procedures.
• Partners with retail leadership on stock levels and event needs.
• Completes warehouse inspections and operational reporting.

Job Summary

Keep every product moving and every operation ready.
