LidsU, operating The COOP stores serving the Harvard and MIT communities, seeks a senior retail leader to drive portfolio performance and growth. You will oversee store operations, merchandising execution, talent development, and partner relations across multiple campuses.

The role requires guiding financial results, labor optimization, and customer experience excellence while maintaining The COOP heritage and brand in a modern retail environment. Travel between campuses may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive multi-unit, high-volume, or complex retail leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of financial performance, talent, operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Experience managing institutional, landlord, campus, or strategic partner relationships preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the overall performance, continuity, and long-term growth of The COOP retail portfolio across Harvard and MIT locations.
• Own sales, profitability, labor, inventory productivity, controllable expenses, and operating standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional support across technology, finance, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and facilities.
• Protect the heritage and brand while driving a modern, locally relevant retail experience.
