Job summary

Harri is seeking a seasoned Campus Restaurant Operations leader to supervise and motivate both the kitchen and Front of House teams, ensuring high performance, exemplary guest service, and consistent food quality in our campus restaurant.

You’ll manage prep scheduling, optimize workflows, uphold health and safety standards, and mentor staff for leadership roles. This role offers flexible scheduling, potential career advancement, and opportunities to contribute to store openings during summer.
