The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, de-escalation skills, and the ability to navigate diverse UNLV systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related professional experience.
• Experience with customer-facing support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support via chat, text, phone, and in-person visits.
• Create and curate knowledge articles, chat utterances, and web content.
• Assist with escalations and research account activities to resolve issues.
• Navigate UNLV websites and internal systems to aid students, guests, and staff.
• De-escalate situations and communicate clearly to ensure satisfaction.
