Job summary

University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking a Campus Relations Specialist to support Enrollment Management’s Campus Relations and Visitor Experience. The role focuses on direct guest support via chat, text, phone, and in-person visits, while creating knowledge articles and improving responses through analytics and trends.

The CRS will research issues, provide concise answers, and de-escalate when appropriate, ensuring a positive experience for students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 1–3 years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support via chat, text, phone and in-person visitors.
• Create and curate knowledge articles, chat utterances, and web articles.
• Research account activities and notes; analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• De-escalate and reassure visitors while following campus policies and procedures.
• Navigate UNLV websites and systems to retrieve information and assist guests.
