Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for the Campus Relations Specialist, UNLV Enrollment Management, Campus Relations and Visitor Experience. The CRS will report to the Assistant Director of Campus Relations and support chat, text, phone, and in-person visitors to improve guest service and campus engagement.

Responsibilities include researching account activities, analyzing issues, and escalating as needed, while maintaining broad knowledge of campus programs and UNLV

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1-3 years of related professional experience.
• Equivalent combinations: four extra years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree plus two extra years of relevant experience.
• Required experience includes 1+ years of related professional experience or a Master’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support via chat messaging, text messaging, phone and in-person visitors.
• Create and curate knowledge articles, chat utterances, and web articles to support machine learning and agent knowledge.
• Research account activities, analyze issues, troubleshoot escalations, and provide supporting documentation.
• Navigate UNLV websites and internal systems to assist guests, students, and staff.
