Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the graduate recruitment program.
• Attend and represent the organization on campus during the September–November season.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
• Extend offers to qualified graduate candidates.
• Participate in weekly meetings (10–15 hours) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver senior-level presentations as needed.
