Job summary

Harmony Public Schools’ Odessa campus is seeking a Campus Specialist for Student Recruitment and Retention. This role drives enrollment targets, manages applications, and coordinates registrations and re-enrollment to ensure steady campus growth.

The CSRRS collaborates with ESL/Special Ed and GT teams, maintains accurate student records, and supports retention initiatives through events and communications with families.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supports mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Handles routine administrative tasks and operates standard office equipment.
• Reviews enrolled students’ documents and adds related info to suspect lists for programs.
• Maintains and tracks student records, enrollment verification, and data entry.
• Coordinates enrollment processes and TRex data requests for new students.
• Works with ESL/Special Ed and GT to request and send records.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information.
• Communicates with families to obtain required documents and complete enrollment.
• Manages local marketing efforts for recruitment and retention.
