Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understands and supports the mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Handles a variety of routine administrative assignments related to student records and enrollment.
• Maintains and respects confidentiality of student information and records.
• Coordinates enrollment and recruitment events, Open Houses, and community outreach activities.
• Maintains student records, documents, and data entry for new and current students, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Collaborates with ESL/Special Ed and GT departments to request and process student records.
