Job summary

Harmony Public Schools is seeking a Campus Student Recruitment and Retention Specialist (CSRRS) to lead campus-level student marketing, recruitment, and enrollment initiatives. You will drive applications, registrations, and enrollment targets while supporting retention and family engagement.

The CSRRS will coordinate with campus leaders, maintain accurate student records, and participate in recruitment events and open houses to reach annual targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school operations or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.
• Ability to analyze data and generate enrollment-related reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support Harmony Public Schools' mission, vision, and policies.
• Coordinate recruitment, registration, and enrollment processes for new and returning students.
• Maintain accurate student records and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with ESL/Special Ed/GT to obtain and relay student records.
• Manage data entry for new and withdrawn students and respond to record requests.
• Support enrollment projections and communicate with families to complete enrollment.
