Gartner is seeking a Campus Recruiter to drive university recruitment strategies, acting as the Gartner brand ambassador on campus. You will plan and execute campus events, build strong partnerships with universities and professors, and coordinate with HR and business leaders to allocate resources effectively.

You will develop novel ways to attract top diverse talent, maintain strong relationships across campuses, and travel up to 40% to reach target schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years campus recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Business Leaders, HR, Recruiters and Campus Recruiting Director to create university plans with executive buy-in.
• Develop innovative ways to attract diverse candidates and strengthen Gartner's competitive edge.
• Coordinate all events at assigned universities with timeliness and consistency, in partnership with Recruiting Coordinators and Leaders.
• Build relationships with University Leaders and Professors to guide insights and campus activities.
• Attend events to support Gartner branding and manage event budgets.
