Job summary

You will represent Gartner on campus, build partnerships with professors, students and leaders, and help attract top talent through events and outreach. Role requires 1–3 years of campus recruiting experience, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans for universities within assigned territories.
• Develop creative ways to attract diverse candidates.
• Coordinate all events at universities with Recruiting Coordinators.
• Build relationships with University Career Services to assist in insights and activities.
• Attend events to enhance Gartner branding and manage event budgets.
