Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Campus Recruiter to lead university recruitment efforts and represent Gartner across campuses. You will partner with business leaders and HR to plan and execute university programs, events, and branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 3–5 years of campus recruiting experience, and strong relationship-building and organizational skills. Travel up to 40% is expected in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop campus recruitment strategy with business leaders and HR partners.
• Coordinate events at universities to attract diverse candidates.
• Manage relationships with University Leaders and Professors.
• Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and business leaders on timelines and resources.
• Monitor budget and branding during campus events.
