Responsibilities

• Develop and execute university recruiting strategies for internships, graduates, and entry-level hires.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to align recruiting with business objectives.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through partnerships, student organizations, and events.
• Plan and participate in career fairs, information sessions, and national conferences; represent Bechtel as an employer of choice.
• Evaluate candidates and provide data-driven recommendations to enable timely decisions.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and labor-market trends to drive continuous improvement.
