Job summary

King & Spalding LLP is seeking a Campus Recruiting Manager to lead the summer associate program and drive campus strategy in New York. You will collaborate with partners, lawyers, and staff to design world-class programming, manage interviews, offers, and relationships with law schools.

The role emphasizes mentorship, data-driven decisions, and creating a superior candidate experience. You will work 3–4 days per week in the office, with a peak period during the summer requiring 5 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• 4+ years in recruiting within a law firm or professional services.
• Strong initiative; ability to translate best practices across firms and industries.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the summer associate program with a strategic calendar of events.
• Develop programming to enhance candidate experience and engagement.
• Serve as advisor to summer associates and address questions and feedback.
• Conduct orientation for summer associates and manage mentoring program.
• Oversee performance management and end-of-summer reviews; support offer decisions.
