Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle campus recruiting, sourcing and screening candidates.
• Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, including exec-level leaders.
• Serve as point of contact for candidates to ensure positive experiences.
• Partner with CEOs and hiring managers to align recruiting strategy.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate data in ATS.
• Represent the company at campus events, career fairs and info sessions.
• Support onboarding coordination and HR administrative tasks as needed.

We're looking for an entry level Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our team supporting talent acquisition for a fast-growing venture capital firm and its portfolio of high-performing, hypergrowth consulting companies. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to recruiting, HR, and the inner workings of high-growth organizations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate full-cycle campus recruiting efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates through Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, including executive-level leaders
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
• Partner with CEOs, C-suite executives, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategy
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems
• Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and info sessions
• Support onboarding coordination and other HR administrative functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable speaking with candidates and senior executives alike
• Experience with or familiarity with Handshake and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership or involvement in campus activities such as clubs, student organizations, leadership positions, or part-time work
• A proactive, people-first mindset with genuine interest in building a career in HR/recruiting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly
