Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join our Atlanta team. The role focuses on building strong relationships with Hiring Managers, sourcing qualified candidates, and guiding the recruiting process from intake to offer.

The position emphasizes collaboration across HR and operations to meet hiring goals. The successful candidate will have extensive recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS (iCIMS), and excellent communication skills to support a seamless candidate

Qualifications

• AEC recruiting experience required
• 5+ years of recruiting experience required
• Proven networking and candidate sourcing experience
• Experience with candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Familiarity with employment law
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, HR systems)
• Ability to relate and communicate with all levels of employees
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience operating within an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Experience with iCIMS is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage daily schedules and long-term plans
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Learn the business, company structure and job profiles through training
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
• Maintain recruiting database (iCIMS) and respond to inquiries
• Sourcing candidates using various resources
• Prequalify candidates with phone screens
• Manage recruiting process from start to finish
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate onboarding
• Negotiate offer packages with Hiring Managers
• Produce recruiting reports and track statistics
• Develop recruiting strategy with Hiring Managers
• Participate in HR and recruiting team meetings
• Assist in training entry-level recruiters
• May assist with onboarding new employees
• Travel as needed
