Job summary

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to support college student recruitment and campus outreach. The role will manage a team of student employees and coordinate onboarding, events, and sponsorships.

The position involves partnering with colleges, promoting X-ES at career events, and analyzing recruitment data. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this onsite Verona, WI role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior professional experience in recruiting or HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and present to small and large groups of employees.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and manage priorities.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
• Proficient with computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work onsite at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.
• Travel approximately 15–20 days per year, mainly day trips to campuses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to define student staffing needs and job requirements.
• Coordinate student recruitment process (postings, screening, scheduling, offers).
• Conduct student onboarding (paperwork, background checks, orientation).
• Partner with colleges and student organizations to promote X-ES at events and scholarships.
• Plan and organize career fairs and training for interview teams.
• Analyze recruitment data and retention trends for improvements.
• Meet with managers to monitor student performance and retention opportunities.
• Present recruitment results and recommendations to management.
• Handle end-of-employment processing and exit interviews.
• Plan events and engagement opportunities for student employees.
• Address student-related employee relations issues.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
