Job summary

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) seeks a Recruiter/HR Generalist to support college student recruitment and campus outreach. You will serve as HR point of contact for 40–50 student employees and assist with company-wide HR initiatives, onboarding, and event planning.

You will collaborate with colleges, coordinate postings, screenings, and offers, while analyzing recruitment data and retention. On-site Verona, WI with occasional local campus travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior professional experience in a recruiting or human resources role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and present to groups of employees.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to define student staffing needs and job requirements.
• Coordinate the student recruitment process (postings, screening, scheduling, offers).
• Conduct student onboarding (paperwork, background checks, orientation).
• Promote X-ES through events, sponsorships and scholarships with colleges.
• Plan and organize career fair activities and train interview teams.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment data and retention metrics.
• Meet with managers to monitor student performance and retention opportunities.
• Plan events and engagement opportunities for student employees.
• Support HR Generalist activities and projects as needed.
