Formlabs is seeking an Early Career Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns yearly, spanning technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.

You will plan and attend campus events to promote our talent brand, manage onboarding and development for interns, and support in-person recruiting at our Somerville office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Equity will be a significant portion of your total compensation, and will increase over time in proportion to your impact. The base pay will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$70,000—$85,000 USD
