Formlabs is seeking an Operations & Manufacturing Recruiter to join our Somerville team. You will partner with leaders to source, interview, and hire across multiple departments, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and driving improvements to recruiting practices.

You will navigate Greenhouse and Gem, build local talent pipelines, and influence hiring at all levels while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and a bias for action in a fast-paced hardware and software

Qualifications

• Have full-cycle recruiting experience with operations and manufacturing roles.
• Experience navigating ATS (Greenhouse) and CRM (Gem).
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with local talent pools (schools, community networks, events).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support our business by partnering with leaders across the company to find talent for operations and manufacturing.
• Engage in full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments (tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, manufacturing).

Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$85,000—$175,000 USD
