Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience, one year of which was in a supervisory capacity.
• Supervisory experience in a related setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating Campus Recreation facilities, including evenings and weekends.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, safety, and inventory of equipment across SRC and facilities.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of student assistants in the department.
• Coordinate rental and special event requests for all areas of Campus Recreation, including SRC and outdoor venues.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports, financial and participation reports, and equipment inventory.
• Lead risk management practices in coordination with the USA Office of Risk Management.
• Assist with payroll oversight for Aquatics staff and timesheets.
• Ensure front desk operations adhere to departmental policies and customer service standards.
• Utilize Fusion Rec Management software to manage program enrollment and POS operations.
• Oversee, schedule, and lead staff meetings and leadership trainings.
• Represent the department at university events as needed.
