Job summary

The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee is seeking an Operations Attendant to serve as a front-line representative at the UREC facilities, control access, process rental fees, and help keep the center clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patrons to the Klotsche Center and Pavilion with a positive attitude.
• Control access to the KCP using the Fusion Membership Management System.
• Assist with checking in/out rental equipment and processing rental fees.
• Keep equipment room and activity areas clean and orderly.
• Answer questions and provide directions to patrons needing assistance.
• Manage lost and found Panther Cards and assist with phones when needed.
