Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the on-site team in Tucson, AZ. You will manage leasing objectives, staff scheduling, maintenance coordination, and compliance, while delivering strong resident service and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of property management experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is beneficial.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in daily operations.
• Self-motivation and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, schedule work, delegate duties, and resolve conflicts.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are followed and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with discretion and promptness.
• Manage administrative duties including reporting.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs and events.
• Develop marketing and advertising concepts for staff.
