Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate BS/MS candidates for the Early Career Program in Research & Development across multiple North American locations. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and help deploy new products while learning in a structured, collaborative environment.

You will work in areas including process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering, contributing to Dow’s sustainability goals and business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Graduation date by Sept 2027.
U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Optimize processes and applications across R&D areas.
Assist in deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
