Job summary

UC Irvine Police Department seeks Public Safety Responders to monitor, observe, and report safety concerns across the campus and UCI Health sites. You will assist with patrols, escort duties, and responding to incidents in a timely, professional manner.

The role requires strong communication in English, the ability to work variable shifts including evenings and weekends, and the capacity to complete essential certifications within six months of employment.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks proper English.
• Must be able to conduct sustained patrols or long stationary posts.
• Must complete ISC/Healthcare Security basic certification within 6 months.
