Qualifications

• Two years of experience in public safety dispatch.
• Preferred: 40-hour POST Public Safety dispatch certification.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch resources.
• Monitor radio traffic and coordinate mutual responses with agencies.
• Maintain records in dispatch and records management systems; assist with clerical duties.
