Liberty University, Inc. seeks a Student Promotional Writer to join the Marketing Creative Team. You will craft stories and articles to support the Selah Yearbook and other collateral while adhering to brand standards.

Work closely with full-time designers, promotional writers and coordinators under the Marketing Manager to deliver polished emails, ads, booklets, posters and brochures that engage a campus audience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work under limited supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Desire to grow with a team and contribute to goals.
• Creative and critical thinking with problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Researches, writes, and edits marketing materials for campus happenings.
• Develops creative ideas and concepts with the team.
• Determines tone and voice for university and campaigns.
• Proofreads for spelling, grammar, AP format, and brand style.
• Revises campaigns based on feedback from manager and leadership.
• Interacts with team and clients to address challenges and feedback.
• Manages multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Engages in ongoing learning to improve writing and marketing trends.
• Supports full-time writers by shadowing and learning.
