• Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and telephone information about the department and university.
• Assist with special projects and programming.
• Conduct group presentations and campus tours.
• Operate office machines, data entry, and manage spreadsheets.
• Publication layout and development; maintain confidential records.
