Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Site Program Manager in Colton, CA to lead a school-based after-school program. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and program quality, and manage partnerships with school staff, families, and donors.

The role requires coordinating before/after school activities, weekend and break programming, and adherence to funding requirements while maintaining strong student experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in education/youth programs with supervisory responsibility.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within first 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensure program activities align with Think Together mission and four core agreements.
• Monitor program quality, attendance, student engagement and data entry.
• Train and supervise staff; provide coaching and materials for implementation.
• Manage site budgets and timecards; ensure compliance with funding requirements.
