Faith Church St Louiscom is seeking a Production Coordinator to lead production operations at Sunset Hills Campus in St Louis, MO. You will build a thriving Production Dream Team and oversee audio, lighting, and production systems to support excellent worship experiences.

You will recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers while working with the Global Production & Tech Director to maintain production standards across campuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year in church ministry.
• High school diploma required.
• Intermediate level of production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Production Dream Team for the assigned campus.
• Oversee all production operations including audio, lighting, and systems.
• Train staff and volunteers in equipment operation and safety.
• Collaborate with the Global Production & Tech Director to execute projects.
• Travel to campuses as needed for support, training, and installations.
• Maintain high standards of production quality and reliability.
