Job summary

Gateway Church is seeking a Live Production Campus Manager to lead the campus’s audio, video, and lighting for weekend services and events. You will own the technical execution, coordinate with worship and ministry staff, and ensure the high standards of production across all campuses.

You will recruit and train the campus Serve Team, manage budget and equipment maintenance, and participate in central projects while maintaining local excellence.

Qualifications

• Clear passion for Jesus and a strong biblical foundation.
• Strong working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems, live production workflow, and the engineering required to troubleshoot and keep systems operational.
• Able to recruit, train, and lead a Serve Team.
• Excellent communication with worship, ministry, and Central teams.
• Able to operate under high-pressure live environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements of live production for services and events at the campus.
• Serve as the single point of contact for worship, ministry, and live production at the campus.
• Build and steward the live production Serve Team at the campus: recruiting, training, scheduling, retention, and appreciation.
• Leads, trains, and disciples the campus live production Serve Team both spiritually and professionally.
• Manages, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains audio, video, and lighting equipment, systems, and resources at the campus.
• Executes the churchwide technical standard and raises local realities and exceptions.
• Coordinates with campus worship and ministry leaders to understand vision and execute events with excellence.
