Job summary

Christ Fellowship Church seeks a Production Assistant to support the Campus Production Team. You will assist the Production Manager with coordinating campus production logistics, operating production systems, and onboarding volunteers for weekend and event productions.

You will recruit, train, and schedule volunteers; assist with equipment operation across audio, video, and lighting; and help with content prep and inventory management to ensure smooth experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Operational knowledge in at least one production discipline (audio, video or lighting)
• Experience loading in/out and setting/striking production equipment

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES and/or REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
