Job summary

CSU Stanislaus Print Shop is seeking a temporary hourly student assistant to support front counter operations and campus deliveries. You will assist customers in person and by phone, help prepare completed print jobs, and maintain a clean, professional work area.

Responsibilities include toner replacement, basic printer maintenance, and coordinating daily tasks with Print Shop staff. Enrollment requirements and a California driver’s license are required. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid California driver's license due to campus delivery responsibilities.
• Undergraduate students must be registered in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate graduate students must be registered in a minimum of four Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Print Shop front counter and assist customers over the phone.
• Assist with campus deliveries and pickups of printed materials, supplies, and related items.
• Replace toner and assist with basic maintenance of printers and copiers as needed.
• Assist with organizing, packaging, and preparing completed print jobs for customer pickup or delivery.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Assist Print Shop staff with general daily operations and other related duties as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with students, faculty, staff, and other campus customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
