Job summary

CSU Stanislaus is seeking a part-time Art Department Work Study Student Assistant to support painting and printmaking studios in Stanislaus - Turlock. The role involves helping students, maintaining safety, and handling basic technical questions and software issues.

Open to undergraduate students enrolled in at least six units, with current financial aid awarded. Position starts on/after Sept 1, 2026 and ends by May 31, 2027, with possible reappointment based on budget and performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in the Painting and Printmaking Studios.
• Ensure safety practices are employed and rooms/equipment kept secure, neat and clean.
• Assist with technical questions and software-related troubleshooting.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned in the ART Department.
