Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 60%: Repair and maintain plumbing systems; lay out, fabricate, install and service piping and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• 25%: Install and maintain gas equipment, drinking fountains, lavatories and related components; test for leaks.
• 10%: Assist with ordering materials, complete work orders digitally, train teammates, lead others as needed.
• 5%: Perform other duties as assigned and assist with snow removal and site cleaning.
