Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) seeks a Photographer PTS to capture campus life, events, and student programs for marketing, public relations, and historical archives.

This on-campus role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with some remote work possible and shifts that align with the academic calendar. The photographer will manage photo shoots, maintain archives, and ensure brand-consistent imagery across ASI communications while supporting the MDPR team in creating engaging visual

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to collaborate with a team on high-quality publications and media presence.
• Proficiency with DSLR camera equipment, preferably Canon.
• Strong computer skills with Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Ability to manage photography requests and maintain archives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as designated photographer for ASI events, publications, digital media and news opportunities.
• Develop and maintain photo archives.
• Prepare photographic materials to support Marketing, Design and Public Relations, ensuring brand consistency across photography.
• Provide care and maintenance of ASI-owned equipment.
• Plan and schedule photo shoots in coordination with stakeholders.
• Brainstorm and execute photos that elevate the ASI brand.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
