Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls (lab inquiries)
• Check patients into Medicat for Laboratory/Radiology appointments
• Schedule patients as needed
• Restock lab supplies
• Daily and as needed cleaning of workspaces
• Make deliveries to other campus departments
• Scan and file confidential records
• Fax lab results as instructed
• Collect blood and/or swabs from patients following procedures
• Provide collection instructions for self-collection samples
• Wear PPE when collecting samples
• Maintain patient privacy (HIPAA compliant)
• May assist in processing samples
• Other duties as required
